This website is purely informational. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, loads no external fonts or third-party content, and contains no forms.

3. Hosting: Vercel

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit it, Vercel processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure operation. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel.

4. Transfers to the USA

Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Log data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your details to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
